Day 1
Chandigarh Shimla
On arrival at Chandigarh Airport/ Railway Station you will be met, assisted and drive to Shimla. Shimla was the former summer capital of British India, set amidst the snow capped Shivalik Mountains. which offers some of the most stunning views of the mighty Himalayas. On arrival at Shimla ,check-in to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Shimla.(4 hrs Journey)
Day 2
Shimla-Kufri-Shimla
This day after breakfast proceed for in and around sightseeing of SHIMLA, visit KUFRI, India’s one of the best holiday paradise Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town – “THE MALL & THE RIDGE†This large open space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. Shimla’s landmarks – the neo- gothic structure of Christ Church and the neo – Tudor library building – are worth seeing. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3
Shimla- Manikaran – Manali (280 kms 8-9 hours- Approx).
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning drive from Shimla to Manali en-route visiting Manikaran: has the World’s hottest Suplhur Spring Waters and is a holy place for Hindus & Sikhs alike. Continue drive to Manali with a short stop at Kullu town visiting the famous Kullu Shawl Industry. Later proceed to Manali. Upon arrival check-in at hotel. Dinner & Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4
Manali
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day excursion tour to SNOW LIINE: is the most visited tourist spot in Himalaya having snow round the year (Upto Snow Line in case Rohtang is closed due to snow fall) en-routing visiting Kothi Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi, Later return back to Manali en-route visiting Sollang Valley where Himachal’s best ski slopes can be found. Dinner & Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5
Kalpa (49 kilometres in approximately 4 hours).
After breakfast this morning, check-out from your hotel and drive to Kalpa. 2670 metres above the sea level, Kalpa is the district headquarter of Kinnaur and was once the favorite getaway of Lord Dalhousie. On reaching Kalpa, check in to the hotel. Once known as Chini, little has changed in Kalpa in the last 500 years. Legend has it that when Lord Dalhousie wanted to take a break from his hectic schedule in Shimla, he would come here on his Horseback. By the side of Kalpa is a 79 feet high rock formation that resembles a Shivlinga that changes its colour as the day passes. After lunch, rest in your hotel for a while. In the evening, visit the Buddhist Gompa, Hu Bu Lan Kar. Return to the hotel for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.
